The Signal Ledger collects information needed to provide access to the publication, including email address, subscriber status, tier, payment status, Discord access status, and support communications.

Payment processing should be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. The Signal Ledger should not store full card numbers.

Email delivery may be handled by a third-party email provider such as Brevo. Discord access may require Discord account information or server membership status.

Subscriber identifiers may be embedded in paid content to enforce the no-redistribution license.

Requests about access, cancellation, or deletion should be sent to signalledgerreport@gmail.com until a dedicated support address is configured.
